Pro Sprint Title Decided in Bunbury

Morgan Melvin February 3, 2023
The 31st running of the WA Pro Sprint (360) Championship will be held this weekend at Bunbury Speedway, with several former winners in the field including Ryan Farrell, Mitchell Wormall and Kaiden Manders.
A look at the past winners show a who’s who list of former Sprintcar stars in WA, with Terry Cutts winning the very first event way back in 1993. Cutts is still involved fielding the W5 car with driver Tim Boujos this season.
No driver has managed to win more than 2 titles, that feat is shared by Mike Figliomeni, Jamie Maiolo, Keith Giles, Ben Element and Mitchell Wormall.
Regional drivers have figured well with Alan Haynes, Kahne Manuel and Taylor Milling (Kalgoorlie), Mark Wells & Wayne Armstrong (Geraldton), Shaun Bradford (Dalwallinu), Greg Hall (Albany) all winning races. While Bunbury locals Jamie Maiolo and Michael Keen have hoisted the title trophy as well.
Only one interstate driver has ever won the title, that being Ian Masden back in 2010. Current Perth Motorplex speedway manager Gavin Migro is on the list and the Italian Stallion Pino Priolo, whose sons currently both race 410 Sprintcars.
