The 2019/2020 Speedway season at the Make Smoking History Bunbury Speedway kicks off this weekend in style with the Junior Sedan Gold Cup.
The future stars of our sport will take centre stage to lift the lid on what will be the biggest season the Bunbury Car Club has taken on to date. There are many high profile events scheduled for the season ahead including the return of World Series Sprintcars on February 15 2020 and the Speedway Sedans Western Australia Production Sedan State Title on April 18 and 19 2020.
Both Top Star and New Star Junior Sedans be competing for their own championships with current Junior Sedan State Champion and reining Gold Cup victor Blake Iwanow making the haul from Perth to retain his crown this weekend in the Top Star ranks. Iwanow however will have his work cut out with some of the best Junior Sedan drivers from across the state making their way to Bunbury for this prestigious event.
In the New Star division, local drivers Alyvia Ferraro and Jaxon Buszan will be hoping to keep the gold cup in Bunbury.
Junior Sedans are not the only division on the card, Street Stocks, Production Sedans, Legend Cars, Super Sedans and Super Mods are all making it a stacked first meeting for the season and one event you do not want to miss.
